How do I reset the password for my staff?

  1. Open the AYLO Admin app.
  2. Click on the Users option to open the Users page.
  3. Click on the Lock button in the Action column next to the staff record.
  4. Click on the Reset button to automatically generate a new password for the staff.
  5. Optionally, remove the Automatically generate a password option to manually set the password.
  6. Once the password is reset successfully, you can view the password by clicking on the Eye icon button.
